OUT of CAPE TOWN STUDENTS
Please ensure that you make your flight reservations to Cape Town ASAP to ensure good prices.
You have a max limit of R1000.00 re-imbursive allowance. Any amount over this is for your account
Ensure that you are in Cape Town in time to be at the Mountain Manor Back Packers by 11h30 on Friday 22nd February 2008- Watch our for the shuttle driver Rickey at Domestic Arrivals..make sure you have his Mobile number handy.
Arrange your return flights for Monday morning or later if you wish to stay on in CT...at you own expense.
Advise me of your flight details by email together with your E ticket.
Advise me of your RSA bank account details, Name, Bank, Branch code/name, Account number, type of account. I will then arrange to EFT your re-imbursement.
This will be done immediately I have your details - however I will be overseas from Sunday 24th - late night - returning to my office on Monday 10th March when I will be able to EFT the late advisors!
All you accommodation/transport/grub is provided for the orientation.

You will be accommodated for the nights of Fri 22, and Sat 23rd.
You must check out on Sunday morning otherwise you will be charged for an additional night - this will be for your account!
On Friday evening we will be going for a short walk...well some say it is a climb - on Lion's head so please ensure that you are wearing "walking shoes" (sneakers")
Bring a wind breaker in case it is chilly - should be warm but one can never be too sure!
You will all be accommodated in an upmarket Back Packers which has bunk type beds in dormatories with linen and towells.
The kitchen will be stocked with provisions for your breakfast - its a help yourself breakfast.
